THE ORIGIN

MORE THAN A SPORT

I’ve been tricking since 2009. For me, it has never just been a sport. It is a core part of who I am. Spending more than half my life in this scene, the tricking community has taught me how strong we are when we are united, and that absolutely nothing is impossible. That energy is what pushed me to turn my biggest passion into my life’s work, running tricking schools and coaching the next generation for over a decade.

THE FEELING OF THE GEAR

The drive to create Art of Tricking (AOT) came from a very personal place. I always loved the feeling of wearing a tricking t-shirt everywhere I went. It made me feel unique, like I was part of a highly exclusive, global club. Whether the aesthetic was heavy metal, clean and edgy, or just the raw silhouette of a backflip, wearing the gear was a way to represent our culture.

Tricking isn't a mainstream sport yet. When you wear a tricking shirt, it starts conversations. People look at the design, see the movement, and start asking questions. It’s about standing out, being different, and quietly representing a movement most people don't even know exists.

FROM LOCAL GATHERINGS TO GLOBAL REELS

AOT started entirely as a passion project. It was just me opening Photoshop, getting inspired by the big names in the community, and throwing around ideas to design clothing for our local gatherings. It wasn't forced, it just naturally grew.

What started in my local community expanded outward. Today, the most rewarding part of this entire journey isn't the business side of it. It is scrolling through my Instagram feed and randomly seeing a tricker halfway across the world wearing my clothing in their reels.

CONNECTING THE CULTURE

The core of tricking has always been about taking different backgrounds and styles and fusing them together into one unified movement. That is exactly what I want AOT to be. My goal for this brand is to connect people from all around the world and give trickers a way to express their individual style through what they wear. I want AOT to bridge the gap between all those different aesthetics. More than anything, I want any tricker, anywhere, to be able to put on our gear and instantly feel at home in this community.

AOT is made by a tricker, for trickers.
